Objective of this International Conference:
Intercultural competence (or literacy), which promotes active interacting, communicating, learning and respecting among different ethnic groups and cultures, is the fundamental core of global education. In dealing with the increasing expectations and needs of globalization and multi‐cultural classroom situation trend in education, Taiwan has been dynamically promoting global education and intercultural competence at all levels of education in recent years, not only to broaden the depth and horizon of learning and teaching, but also to step in line with international standards through developing intercultural competence. Based on the goals, the conference will focus on four subjects: Education, Liberal Art, Science and Multidisciplinary Education to study the connotation of cultural diversity by inviting scholars, experts and students to further explore intercultural literacy and global education.

The abstract manuscripts and oral presentation can be in either Chinese or English.
The length of the submitted abstract is limited to 500 words. Please use the APA format. The submitted abstract will be reviewed under the anonymous double review system.
The association reserves the right to modify the publication method, the abstract text of the submitted manuscript, and it will not be returned whether it is accepted or not.
For each accepted paper, at least one author must register to participate in this conference and complete an oral present. The oral reporting time for each paper is limited to 15 minutes.
The Association reserves the right to change the date of the conference, the content, and format of the conference, etc., in order to maintain the flexibility and necessity of the event.
